1 cup fat free yogurt
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt, or to taste
Fresh cracked pepper
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tsp cayanne or paprika
1 tsp dried chives (optional)
Whip the yogurt with the garlic and spices, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the spring onions.
Take a chip and dip, dip, dip!
